The Pension Administration Office staff and management will be unavailable from December 25, 2020 to January 1, 2021 inclusive due to our annual office holiday closure. We will return to work on Monday, January 4, 2021 and will be available through email and phone. Our physical office is still temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sun Life Client Care Centre Holiday Hours
The Sun Life Client Care Centre will have the following holiday hours:
December 24 – 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. PT
December 25 and 28 – Closed
December 31 – 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. PT
January 1 – Closed
The Sun Life Client Care Centre will be open for regular hours (5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT) on all other days during the holiday period.
