An election process will be held for two members of the UBC Faculty Pension Plan (FPP) Board of Trustees, to be elected by and from the FPP membership, to serve four-year terms beginning January 1, 2026. UBC Elections will conduct the election on behalf of the Plan.
Call for Nominations forms will be sent to FPP members on September 10, 2025 and the nomination process will close on October 1, 2025. If you wish to nominate someone or be nominated for the election, please complete the requirements as outlined on the nomination form.

Completed forms and required candidate statements must be received by UBC Elections by 4:00 pm PT on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. All documents must be submitted electronically.
