Paperless option for members enrolled in UBC benefits and pension

The next time you log into your account with Sun Life, you will be asked to confirm how you would like to receive your documents. If you are enrolled in the UBC dental/extended health benefits program or Retirement and Survivor Benefits program and you want to submit your claims electronically, you should elect “paperless.” This will allow you to submit e-claims, and all of your quarterly pension statements will be available online.  If you elect “paper,” you will not be able to submit e-claims, and you will continue to receive your annual pension statement in paper format.
